I volunteer to assist in the activities related to the Event. I understand that my assisting/volunteering may involve risk of physical injury to me or others, or other consequences, which might result from my own actions or inactions, condition of the premises, weather conditions, or condition of any of the equipment used in the event. There may also be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable. I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury, accident, or health related issues, which may occur to me during the race, including my death, as a result of my volunteering during the race, or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby forever release and hold harmless and discharge the Modeh ANi Project, Chai Lifeline, The City of New York and all its agencies, RunTIME Racing Services, and all sponsors, promoters, volunteers, and all other persons and entities associated with the event known as Modeh Ani 5k Run. I further certify that I am in good physical condition and fully able to volunteer at this event. . Further, I grant full permission to use any photograph, video, or recording, taken of me during this event for any purpose. I have read and understand this agreement. The parent or legal guardian who signs the Waiver Agreement on behalf of a minor, incapacitated, hereby acknowledges that he or she has the legal capacity and authority to act on behalf of Said Person to legally bind Said Person to the Waiver Agreement.
